  Converged Communications is our go to partner for network cabling infrastructure and IT support for our Kansas City locations. They are reliable and go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the job is complete and satisfactory all at a reasonable cost.  They have assisted us in moving a 200 seat location from one building to another seamlessly and were involved in everything from cabling to reconfiguring network switches to accepting deliveries for us!  Converged Communications is company I would recommend without hesitation.

  Converged is a company that stands behind what they talk to you about. They were here to help us with installation of a new server and WiFi network. They are on site to assist in any matters which may occur involving a technology "bug". They are monitoring our system off site and are only a phone call away to being on site to rectify an issue.   Converged Communications was first brought to us by a contractor. It became clear the first day that they were very experienced. They first assessed our needs, then offered multiple solutions with suggestions as to which one would be the most cost effective given the needs of our growing office. Once the work was completed, the engineer explained everything they had done in a clear manner which a novice could understand. Everything was exactly as stated and as estimated.  We have called them back several times to help with the expansion of our office and just as they had recommended the additional work was minimal due to the initial planning of the project.  I like the fact that they try to always have the same engineer come to the site when doing upgrades as they are familiar with what was already completed.  That being said, all the work they have done is clearly labeled and consistent so that I believe anyone could come out and move forward. They are a preferred vendor for us and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for their services.
